Controlling emotion vital for wellbeing
Sometimes when I am angered or disrupted from my mood, I find ways to stimulate enough rest and always prefer to take a bed rest of 30-40 minutes so as to regain my usual emotional status or working rhythm.
During this short period of resting potential, I never allow myself to enter into a deep sleep, but usually close my eyes and elicit temporarily inhibition of my active thoughts.
People have different emotional control mechanisms as seen in different circumstances where people decide to take high doses of alcoholic ethanol to overcome depression or anxiety.
Some smoke many packs of cigarettes a day as away to release themselves from stressful incidences.
