Editor, A loud round of applause for RDB and welcome to the Kempinski Group! If their expertise is what it is said to be, this move can only positively contribute to Rwandan tourism, by increasing the number of visitors. As we know, word-of-mouth goes a long way to build an image and reputation. If past visitors feel welcome and well taken care of (customer service), they are bound to convince others to come and visit Rwanda as well. Our beautiful landscapes, attractions (gorillas) upcoming and existing resorts (Nyungwe etc.) will do the rest.
