Rwanda national women football team is lining-up a friendly match against their Zambian counterparts on May 4 at Stade de Kigali. Rwanda Football Association has written to the Ministry of Sports and Culture (MINISPOC) requesting for facilitation. The She-Amavubi is set to regroup for residential training on April 26 at la Palisse hotel before playing Zambia on May 4. The She-wasps will host Nigeria on May 24 in the first-leg match of the final stage of this year’s Africa Women Championship. The winner of the two-legged qualifier clash will earn a ticket to the 2014 finals tournament scheduled for October 5-15 in Namibia. Rwanda saw-off Kenya in the first round of qualifiers amonth ago on an away-goal advantage (2-2 aggregate).
