Classical guitar maestro Chris Nicholson will this evening perform in a live concert at Goethe-Institute in Kiyovu starting at 6:30 p.m. Nicholson’s innovative programming and inspirational performances delight and entertain audiences around the world. He takes the listener from the most beautiful classical melodies to 20th century classics and the most powerful popular guitarists of today. He specialises in both the classical and Spanish guitar. He is currently traveling the world to promote his unique show A 21 Guitar Salute. Now working as a music therapist and project manager with Rwanda Youth Music programme under, Musicians Without Borders, NGO, the globe-trotting musician strummed his way to fame by performing in a number of the world’s premier music festivals, among them Edinburg Festival, the First International Guitar Festival and the live televised finals of the Velez-Malaga Concurso Internacional de la Guittara.
