Ghanaian striker Moro Sumaila has signed for Police FC from Etincelles. The striker, who scored 11 league goals during the 2022/23 season, had one year left on his Etincelles contract but Police FC were able to trigger his buyout clause. Times Sport can confirm that the striker, who is currently in Ghana on holidays, has already put pen to paper on a two-year deal with Police and he is set to join the law enforcers as soon he returns in Rwanda. The experienced Ghanaian forward was a subject of interest in January from AS Kigali and spent the whole Christmas in the capital but the deal fell through after the City of Kigali-sponsored club failed to meet Etincelles’ price tag. Moro previously played for Ghanaian clubs Techiman City FC, Techiman Eleven Wonders as well as Ebusua Dwarfs FC.
