FERWAFA will conduct Football Players’ Agents examinations on April 3, 2014 at Ferwafa headquarters. The date has been set by world football governing body Fifa and the exams will be held around the world on the same day. In order to avoid irregularities, the examinations will be done for just one day. All Associations have been invited to conduct written examinations in accordance with the current Fifa Players’ Agents Regulations. A statement on Ferwafa website says that exams will start at 10am local time at the federation headquarters in Remera. Questions for these examinations will come from Fifa. Materials for the examination will include both international and local. The examination will comprise 20 questions -- 15 international and five local -- with each question carrying one mark. Candidates interested to sit for the examination, which will be in English and French, are supposed to register at Ferwafa not later than March 20 after paying $29 (about Rwf20,000) examination fee. Candidates will then be provided with examinations logistics as well as areas of concentration. It will be a 90-minutes examination. Ferwafa conducted a similar examination in September last year. So far, Rwanda has two player’s agents recognised by Fifa. They are former Amavubi skipper Desire Mbonabucya and Jean Pierre Muhombo.
