Dear editor,As we approach the parliamentarian elections, there is great fear and anxiety among the people of Rwanda. Aspiring candidates and the electorate alike are in great panic as to who is going to be the favourite candidate.Elections are a topic of discussion in taxis, markets and all public areas. This implies that the Rwandan people are slowly but steadily understanding the need to get the right people in right places. It is understandable that someone who is about to join or lose, gets a fever of a kind. Fever or no fever, we should be ready to cast our votes properly without fear or favour. NYABISINDU
