Editor, People should have right to determine how their pension should be invested and the laws should allow the private sector to be part of the Rwanda Social Security Board pension scheme. There is no benefit of putting money in a non-performing pension fund. I wish if I could invest my small contribution. People who contribute should be represented on the RSSB Board of Directors and the board chairperson should be an independent person who can challenge the management and the government in the interest of the contributor.
