Dear editor,My special ‘thumbs up’ goes to legislators for recently endorsing a bill that will govern the burial memorial sites and cemeteries of the 1994 Genocide Tutsi victims. The law against the desecration of memorial sites of victims of the 1994 Genocide is indeed of paramount importance. Rwandans should understand that they should not just ‘remember’ for the sake of remembering! Inzibutso are a way to spur us all into action against any human rights crimes. In addition, remembering as a form of prevention so that what happened is identified and stopped once for all. Never again! Kabeza – Kigali
