Burundi Volleyball national team coach, Lavoisier Yende, has named a twelve-man squad for the FIVB Zone V World Championships due November 25 to December 1 at the Amahoro indoor stadium in Kigali. The Zone V Qualifiers tournament will attract five countries including Burundi, Egypt, Kenya, Uganda and hosts Rwanda. Two teams will join Egypt in the continental final qualifying round. The final round will decide the top three teams that will represent Africa at the 2014 FIVB Men’s Volleyball World Championships to be held in Poland. Burundi is expected in Kigali on Monday ahead of the regional tournament.
