Editor, Allow me to use your esteemed newspaper to state the suspension of aid meant for Rwanda is a big lesson to Africa. As Africans, we need to put our heads together and address our challenges.
I read with keen interest the article in yesterday’s issue of The New Times titled “Turkish School opens in Kigali.”
I wish to comment on a story that appeared in The New Times of August, 10, titled “Survivors petition UN over lead expert on Congo”.
I have been an ardent Arsenal fan for many years. I am still confident that the team can win something this season even without Robin van Persie. When Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri quit, many Arsenal critics believed that was the end of the Gunners.
