People had started flocking the venue as early as 2pm for a show that started at 8pm. By 7pm police and other security personnel were asking a big number of people to return home as the venue – the parking lot of Amahoro National Stadium could not hold any more people.

Uganda’s award-winning musician Joseph Mayanja aka Jose Chameleon was recently in Rwanda to participate in a music festival aimed at fighting drug use among the youth.
