Editor, This is with reference to an article in The New Times of July, 28, titled “Foreign Minister reassures development partners.”
Editor, I wish to respond to a letter published in The New Times, July, 28, titled “Building apartments is a good idea”. Of course, some people view this idea as foreign and imposed on us.
Editor, Rwanda at this point in time cannot afford to cut subsidies for fuel or chop civil servants’ salaries.
Editor, I have heard that about 80 per cent of people in Nyamasheke District have embraced energy saving stoves and the district hopes to draw on the stoves to conserve natural forests.
