I totally agree with the article, “How to write a Business Plan”, by Dias Nyesiga, which appeared in the Business Times magazine of your newspaper on Tuesday.
Editor, Reading your article “Reflecting on 50 years of independence” (The New Times, June 27), I didn’t get any reflection on the 50 years of independence!
Editor, Again, we learn that the Human Rights Watch (HRW) is lobbying against Rwanda’s election unto the UN Security Council despite AU’s endorsement of its candidature.
Editor, It is good news to hear that Rwanda’s mobile phone subscribers increased by 2.4 per cent in May, according to latest figures from Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Agency (RURA).
