Letters

Editor, Efforts by the Ministry of Health to clamp down on drug abuse are commendable. However, the ministry ought to realise that open burning of drugs can produce a huge amount of toxic air pollutants that are health hazards.
Editor, It is sad to hear that Government ministries and parastatals spent at least Rwf5.9 billion without supporting documents during the financial year 2010/111
Editor, I am happy to learn that President Paul Kagame paid a glowing tribute to the late Kosiya Kyamuhangire – father to Uganda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sam Kutesa – who passed away in 1952 in Gahini, Rwanda (The New Times, June 25).
