Letters

Editor,
I wish to respond to the article titled “ICC rejects arrest warrant for FDLR’s Mudacumura”, which was published in yesterday’s issue of The New Times.
Editor, The article The New Times published on May 29 on the issue of the Rwandan Government slamming the rumours that the UN had published concerning the crisis in the DRC is indeed one that has reached worldwide coverage.
Editor, This is in response to the letter I read in The New Times, on May 31, by one James Munanura, titled ‘‘Poor customer service not a result of low pay’’. I couldn’t agree with James more. Poor pay is brought about by poor sales which is brought about by poor service, which is also brought about by poor attitudes.
Editor,
I am the representative of the Rotarians in Butare. I am writing in response to the article published on Wednesday, under the title ‘Rotarians donate medical equipment to Butare hospital.’
Editor, I liked the story titled, ‘‘Tour guides sit professional exams’’, in your Wednesday issue.
