Editor, This is with reference to Liban Mugabo’s opinion titled, “The Rwanda Paradox”, which was published in The New Times on May 22. First, I would like to say that the article was spot on.
Editor, It is now a week after the shocking death of Rwanda international Patrick Mafisango. I would like to extend my sincere condolences to all of Mafisango family members, friends and colleagues as well as all his fans all over Africa as we mourn the loss of one of Africa’s great players.
Editor, I wish to react to a story published in the Business Magazine of The New Times on May 22 under the title, “Local contractors claim share on deals to foreign firms.”
