City comedian Nkusi recommends a dose of comedy to cure the stress after along week of work. Brace yourself for rib-cracking comedy this Saturday as Arthur Nkusi of Comedy Knights performs at Kigali Serena hotel.

Nkusi is one of the country’s popular comedians known to his local fans as Karokaro. He will stage a show with one message: "come, laugh till you drop."

The concert dubbed- Comedy.rw Night will begin at 7pm and run until 9:30pm.

"This is the first time Comedy Knight is going to host a show at Kigali Serena hotel. We have previously performed there alongside other comedians in concerts and conferences. So we urge the public to come and taste what we can serve,” said Nkusi.

Nkusi has shared the stage with East Africa’s comic stars such as Patrick Salvado Idringi, Anne Kansiime, Alex Muhangi and Fred Omondi. He possesses  the unique talent of cracking up people until they shed tears of joy.

The show will also include performances by Mani Martin and Comedy Knights.

Nkusi said the show mainly targets the ‘Corporate class’ but it is open to the public.

"I noticed that I needed to invest in these corporates and give them a reason to promote comedy in Rwanda. Reaching out to them is important since most of them hardly get time off work to relax. So I’ve invited most of them and I can promise that it is going to be a great show,” he said. Entrance fee is Rwf5,000.
