UN’s failure to arrest top Genocide fugitives startling

Editor,So, ICTR has been looking for Félicien Kabuga, Protais Mpiranyi and the whole lot for 19 years and couldn’t get them. Now they have the right information where they are (which I doubt) and they have put it in the public domain/the press, and still expect to get them!

Now they have the right information where they are (which I doubt) and they have put it in the public domain/the press, and still expect to get them!Wonders never cease, UN organs simply amaze me how they do their things. Why can’t you direct Monusco in DRC to arrest Sylvestre Mudacumura? Yet I am told they even meet, talk and work together in battle.Paul Ntibagaruka, KigaliReaction to the story, "UN court says closing in on Genocide ‘big fish’”, (The New Times, November 5)
