Editor,IF NOTHING is done to apply the 3 Rs "Reduce, Recycle, Reuse”, our beautiful country Rwanda faces a big threat of becoming a dumping site of cheap imported goods. It is very important to avoid importation of used electronics.

Do we have a policy on e-waste management? Here in Sweden, for instance, the policy is good and well enforced.
