It’s a friday One of the places to be this Halloween is Mosaic Gourmet Restaurant in Kimihurura for a party dubbed ‘Spooky Halloween’.It happens this Friday and The Stilettos will be hosting a big costume party there from 10pm to dawn.‘The stilettos are your surprise of the night, only those who’ll make it to the party will know what/who they are’ explained Balbine Umutesi, one of the organisers.There’ll be a cash prize for the best dressed, refillable cocktail for the first 10 people who will arrive and free brain shots for every entrance fee you pay! Entrance is Rwf 5,000.
