Food is a delicate product and needs great care to ensure it is never contaminated as this could be hazardous to humans. Antoine Mukunzi, the director of testing laborato-ries at the Rwanda Bureau of Standards, says one of the common food contaminants, especially in cereals and cereal products, is aflatoxins.
