The law enforcers have fared badly in the first three matches of the season and they would not want to repeat the same feat against fellow title contenders APR.Over the weekend, Congolese Wayi Yeka converted a free kick in extra time to grant Musanze maximum points against Police FC. This was Coach Sam Ssimbwa’s first loss of the season after securing four points in three games-following a 2-1 win over Esperance and a 1-1 draw against Gicumbi respectively. However, both APR and Police go into today’s tie with an urge to recover after last weekend’s disappointment. APR was also shocked with a 1-0 loss against AS Kigali. APR FC which faces Police without suspended Jean Claude Iranzi has six points in three matches, two points better than the law enforcers."We will be aiming for a win but I am not God, if things don’t turn out the way we expect, we will go back to the drawing,” Ssimbwa told Times Sport yesterday. He added, "We are in the ‘morning’ of the league; we still have a marathon to end to the league. We lost a battle but the war is still on but we will play for three points against APR.”In other matches due today, unbeaten side Espoir will be hoping to maintain their good start when they take on SC Kiyovu in Rusizi; winless Amagaju host reigning champions Rayon Sports in Nyamagabe, inform Musanze visit AS Muhanga in Muhanga while newcomers Esperance will be looking for their second win when they host Etincelles at Mumena turf.AS Kigali clinches top spotAS Kigali snatched a slim 1-0 win over Marines yesterday to climb top of the Turbo King Football league standings with nine points.
