Rayon Sports spent Rwf68m on new players

Turbo King Football League defending champions Rayon Sports used Rfw68 on signing new players this season, Saturday Sport has established.Rwandan international striker Meddie Kegere cost the champions Rwf9 million from rivals Police Football Club, central defender Faustin Usengimana, who fractured his leg in the first match of the season signed a new two year-deal for Rwf7m, while youngster Djihad Bizimana was signed for Rwf1.5m from Etincelles.According to Rayon Sports Secretary General Olivier Gakwaya, the team has paid in full for all the new players apart from Prince Louis Rwagasore FC of Burundi, who they (Rayon) still owe money for the transfer of striker Amiss Cedric in January this year."Apart from Prince Louis, we don’t owe any team money for players,  we paid in full for every player we signed this season including Kagere for whom we paid Police FC Rwf9 million,” Gakwaya said yesterday.Rayon Sports new signings include; Jean Luc ‘Bakame’(APR) Moses Kanamugire (La Jeunesse), Arafat Serugendo (Mukura), Jean Claude Rwaka (La Jeunesse), Djihad Bizimana (Etincelles), Robert Ndatimana (Isonga), Meddie Kagere (Police), Samson Jakech (Uganda/Express), Jean Paul Halerimana ‘Raro’ (La Jeunesse).The players, who have signed new deals are; Gerard Bikorimana, Karim Nizigiyimana, Abouba Sibomana, Faustin Usengimana, Iddi Nshyimiyimana, Fuadi Ndayisenga, Aphrodice Hategekimana ‘Kanombe’, Pappy Kamanzi and Léon Uwambazimana.
