Dear editor,
When I read from your paper that Mbeki is going to be given a hand in efforts to mediate in the Zimbabwean crisis, I was extremely happy.

Though South African leadership is viewed as instrumental in solving the crisis, there is no way a man who is accused by the opposition to be on one side could do perfect mediation.

Let others get involved so that a common and comprehensive solution is got for all the belligerents.

We need to see the people of this world live in peace and whoever is contradicting with such initiatives should be dealt with, accordingly.
