Experts:Q: How would you describe your dress sense?A: I would label it as decent casual. It has components of my official side (law intern) and the entertainer bit of me.Q: What is your favourite clothing item?A: I have a ‘thing’ for designer coats. I am always wearing one and have many pairs in my wardrobe. I like them because they are versatile and go with almost anything. My favourite footwear is Vans Canvas.Q: Where do you shop?A: I mostly shop in Kampala or Dubai. With these venues I am guaranteed of uniqueness and style.Q: What do you consider when getting clothes?A: I look for distinctiveness of the outfits. However, I am not so much into big labels like Gucci and the like. I want an item that few are spotted with and one that stands out.Q: What is favourite fashion accessory?A: I love watches, silver watches. I have one that I inherited from my dad. It is a silver Quartz watch, the best piece I have ever had.Q: What is your favourite item on a lady?A: Dresses. Ladies look great in dresses. Personally, I think a good dress is neither too short nor too long. It brings out their femininity in a way no other outfit can.Q: What outfit do you wish ceased to exist?A: Harlem pants. They are the worst outfits, especially when worn by men.I would never wear those pants even if they were the trendiest thing in town.Q: What is your favourite scent?A: For deodorant, I use Axe, for cologne, have Emporio Armani. My favourite scents so far.Q: Any outfit you would like to be spotted in more often?A: Yes, patterned official shirts. I have also been having this idea of matching shorts and sleeveless shirts designed kitenge. It would be an ideal weekend wear for me.Q: Any fashion advice to the public?A: Fashion can be complicated. Don’t follow trends blindly, go for decency. This matters a lot because it determines your image and the impression people have of you.
