Second seed Dieudonné Habiyambere could sit out this year’s ITF Men’s Futures to be held at Umubano hotel courts from September 30 through October 6.Habiyambere, who was eliminated in the first round of last year’s edition, is yet to confirm his participation as he is nursing a recurring headache which has disrupted his preparations and forced him out of the first leg of the ITF Men’s futures which is underway in Burundi.He told Times Sport yesterday, "I am yet to confirm my participation but if the condition stays unchanged I will surely pull out of the tournament,”Meanwhile, Rwanda tennis federation is expecting about 50 foreign players in the one-week tournament, according to the secretary general Fidele Kamanzi.Local tennis governing body will cover the $40 of entry fees for all willing Rwandan players as a way of encouraging them to participate.The tournament will include two professional categories (singles and doubles).Players from Zimbabwe, Uganda, Burundi, Botswana, Kenya, Tanzania, Israel, US and UK and hosts Rwanda are among those who will be vying for ATP points and a share of the US$10,000 prize money.The winner is set to bag $1300 while the first runner-up will walk away with $850.
