King Faisal Hospital Kigali should be an example to all government owned institutions in providing standard customer care.
Of recent the hospital has adopted a number of changes ranging from its products to customer care services.
In other state-owned institutions, good services seem not to be meant for the poor, it’s only the rich and big wigs in the government that would be served with whatever they want in a faster way.
This is different at King Faisal Hospital, senior doctors and junior staff work hard to serve their clients with standard services with the staff strictly working on appointments
Hospitals in the country should learn to serve with such good spirit.
