The long awaited national IDs have finally been given out. This is so encouraging because we can now freely go to different places.

My only question is whether this ID will allow Rwandan Nationals to cross the East African borders. Someone convinced me that the ID would guarantee free access to any place in the East African community.

I really want to believe that this is true, but I am not so convinced. Possibly, I will get a proper answer, but my worries go beyond to cater for those who have not registered yet.

Will the unregistered people have to wait until all are done and be served or otherwise?
