Dear editor,

We should discourage beggars in Kigali and its suburbs each passing day. It is uncommon to leave a bus stop or park without being encountered by a beggar.

I call upon Kigali City council authorities to round up all these people and take them to particular locations where charitable people can find them because it does not give a good picture of the city.
