AS part of enhancing the technical abilities of local volleyball coaches, Rwanda Volleyball Federation has organised a two-week Level Two coaching course which attracted 16 coaches.The course, which started on Monday at Amahoro National Stadium, is facilitated by international instructor Tarah Boukef from Tunisia.The Rwanda Volleyball Federation chairperson, Gustave Nkurunziza, said the training is aimed at improving local coaching capacity. "We have some coaches who need more training, especially in schools, at the grassroots and even at the national level”."Therefore, we need to give them the minimum required skills,” Nkurunziza said.He added, "We are working hard to improve the level of our coaches which will, in turn, improve the technical ability of players.”"The most important thing is to give coaches the opportunity to improve their level of coaching.”  Participants include Louis Musilikali, Leonard ‘Shinani’ Nkusi, Joseph Tuyishime, Marie Chantal Kabira, Noel Kabera, Emmanuel Tuyisenge, Eugene Ngendahayo and Jean de Dieu ‘Castar’ Bagirishya.Others include Florien Siborurema, Elie Mutabazi, Jean Paul Mana, Jean Luc Ndayikengurukiye, Christian Hatumimana, Florent Habyarimana, Elie Manirarora and Christophe Serugo.
