Dear editor,
Passengers had decried for poor bus services, saying it was getting on their nerves every day.

They were happy when the police came out with the new way of carrying passengers with reduced number of passengers per seat. It was timely for we had become tired of Twegerane (lets get closer) thing.

Private operators, had hoped for a more comfortable transport with little achievements. This kind of arrangement was badly needed.

Rights of passengers must be  protected. We however, need more changes in the general transport system.

Transport has much to do with the day today life of people, which is why it must be given concern by all authorities.
