Editor,How can you say that people are exaggerating their situation as if there are any benefits from doing so? That EWSA official is a disgrace. The ongoing water shortages are known and real.Please find a way of addressing this problem instead of pretending that everything is okay yet you and I know that it is not.  I actually worry about the future of our beautiful city.
