Musani added that the latest technology they acquired will enhance production processes, ensuring quality products.Movit, a producer of hair and skin products, has won in the past awards in Rwanda.Musani told the Business Times in Kampala that the recent award the firm won at the trade fair was the fruit of over 15 years’ experience in the cosmetics industry. The firm’s products include Movit no base relaxer, herbal soap and herbal jelly.The company has also won other accolades, including the Kampala City Traders Association (KACITA) Quality Award in the Category of All Personal Care Products and the People’s Choice Award in the body cosmetics category.Movit said the awards show the confidence customers have in its 160 products. The company products are certified by the Uganda National Bureau of Standards, he added.Apart from the Ugandan and Rwandan markets, Movit products can also be found in Kenya, Tanzania, the Democratic Republic of Congo, South Sudan, Burundi and Zambia.
