Musanze Football Club has completed the signing of five new players in a bid to boost their squad ahead of the start of next season on September 21.According to the head coach of the team, Hussein Barrack the team has signed the former Espoir midfielder Hussein Renzaho, defender Bienfait Kabanda (Mukura), striker Jean Marie Twagizemungu from Unite FC, former U17 winger Innocent Mugabo from Police, defender Ramadan Ndayisenga from Etincelles and striker Norbert Mora from Mukura."We have signed some good young players, as we prepare to compete with the best teams in the country,” Barrack told Saturday Sport. He added, "We will not put pressure on them because they’re still young. They will need to play many games together and get used to competing at a high level, which will give them more experience.”He noted that the new signings are in line with the club’s new policy of featuring mostly young Rwandan players with a mixture of a few experienced players. "Our objective is to develop these young players and give them enough time to gain more experience and hopefully in future they will be better players,” he explained. The team played a pre-season game against new comers in the league Gicumbi FC and match ended 1-all. Selman Harerimana put Gicumbi ahead in first half before Eric Ngendahimana equalised midway through the second half.
