Urban Boys set to perform in Belgium

Popular Pop/Afrobeat group Urban Boys, will on October 5 perform at the much hyped Miss and Mister Rwanda/Belgium 2013. The pageant is a brain of  Rwanda Diaspora in Belgium.

Popular Pop/Afrobeat group Urban Boys, will on October 5 perform at the much hyped Miss and Mister Rwanda/Belgium 2013. The pageant is a brain of  Rwanda Diaspora in Belgium. The group has assured fans of an up to scratch performance. This comes a few weeks after the group emerged 1st runner-up in the Primus Guma Guma Super Star season three."We’re excited by this opportunity to perform at the Miss and Mister Rwanda/Belgium and we cannot wait to perform in front of our fans,” said Safi Niyibikora, aka Safi Lee, one of the group members. The annual beauty pageant will be held in Brussels, Belgium. This is the first time the group is performing in Belgium and in Europe, although they have performed at several gigs in East Africa."We have been rehearsing for some time now in preparation for the event and what we are going to deliver is nothing short of quality. We are hoping to win more fans,” said Safi Niyibikora, aka Safi Lee, one of the group members."People should brace themselves for great performances. Songs to look out for on the day include Take it off, Ishyamba, Indahiro, Sipiriyani and Reka Mpfukame,” he added.Urban Boys is a music group of three male artistes comprising James Manzi, alias Humble Jizzo, Safi Niyibikora, aka Safi Lee and Muhammed Nshimiyimana, also known as Nizzo.Formed in 2008, the group rose to national fame with their debut album, Icyicaro. Today, Urban Boys is a household name in the music industry, with more than 70 singles and three studio albums.The group has worked with several local and regional artistes, including Riderman and King James as well as Jackie Chandiru, Rabadaba and Goodlyfe crew of Weasel & Radio from Uganda.
