Editor,The developments this week of East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) members walking out of chambers is indicative of the trend our integration process is taking.

The issue of rotational sessions was decided by the Commission and should be a closed chapter. Those agitating for rotational sitting should explain to the East African citizens: Are you in EALA as shepherds or hirelings?We begged the Germans to build for us the EAC Headquarters.
