Southern Province-based Amagaju Football club has completed the signing of seven new players in a bid to boost their squad ahead of the start of next season on September 21.Among the club’s new recruits are two Congolese, including; midfielder Bokaleta Fowe and striker Pignol Moikima.Others are; left back Yahaya Hakizimana from Etincelles, forward Didier Nkurunza from Rayon Sports, right back Ali Serumogo and striker Jean d’Amour Bunani from second division side Sunrise FC as well as right back Hamza Shyaka from second division Gasabo FC, all on two-year deals.Amagaju coach Abdul Mbarushimana said, "We have signed these players in a bid to increase the strength of the club. They are good players and I hope they will be of great value to us in the upcoming busy season.”"We are happy to announce the signing of the seven players, who have all signed two-year contracts and hope they will improve and become even better players for our team,” added the ex-Sunrise coach.Regarding his targets for next season, the former Electogaz and Police coach said he has been tasked to lead the team to higher ratings in the league."My major task is to bring the team to a higher level, so I will work with my managers to achieve our targets,” he said on Friday. The club’s main sponsor is Nyamagabe District.
