Although everyone has a different answer and opinion on this, I do believe that serial killers are born with a desire to kill and that certain events that happen in their life will shape them and better prepare them to act out on these thoughts.

I do believe that childhood has a big part in how a serial killer turns out. They pick it slowly when they are still young from their communities.

The three most commonly known and shared "signs” are Cruelty to animals, and everything in their midst. We should help them to rehabilitate for the betterment of the whole society.
