People performance Group, a Ugandan-based human resource services firm, has opened shop in Kigali as part of its bigger plans to establish presence across the East African Community.Larry Holm, the chief executive officer, told Business Times in Kampala that the firm was attracted to Rwanda because of the country’s fast-growing economy.
