My Land is a brand new song by Gatsinzi Victor Fidele, who is better known by his stage name, Koudou. The song, which leans more towards the country genre of music, is quite a good listen. The lyrics are in French and English but it’s hard to know when the singer switches from one language to the other. At a close hearing though, you hear him singing, "I love my land/No matter what, I will never let my country down/I love my people and I am proud to be the son of this soil…But Koudou trying to impress two masters at ago is not a simple thing and in most cases he leaves a bitter taste in listeners’ mouths. However, when you listen to the sprinkle of the acoustic guitar that is accompanied by the naked drums, you shrug and listen to it again. My Land is off his latest album which, according to the singer, will hit Kigali music stores next month.
