Over Rwf232.4m was realised in turnover yesterday, from 29,400 Bank of Kigali and 252,200 Bralirwa shares traded in 10 deals compared to Rwf15.5m from 43,500 Bank of Kigali and 8,600 Bralirwa shares traded in eight deals last week.

Over Rwf232.4m was realised in turnover yesterday, from 29,400 Bank of Kigali and 252,200 Bralirwa shares traded in 10 deals compared to Rwf15.5m from 43,500 Bank of Kigali and 8,600 Bralirwa shares traded in eight deals last week.However, the Rwanda Stock Exchange share index (RSI) remained unchanged at 223.54 points.Bank of Kigali shares traded between Rwf185 and Rwf190, closing at Rwf190 yesterday, unchanged from last Friday’s closing price. The Bralirwa counter traded between Rwf860 and Rwf900, but closed at a lower Rwf860, also unchanged compared to last Friday’s price. Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) shares last traded at Rwf175, while those of Nation Media Group (NMG) last transacted at Rwf1,200. At the end of formal trading session yesterday, there was an outstanding bid for 20,500 Bank of Kigali shares at Rwf185 and outstanding offers of 1.2 million shares at between Rwf190 and Rwf200.On the Bralirwa counter, there were outstanding bids for 22,200 shares at between Rwf855 and Rwf860 and no outstanding offers.
