Police beat 35-30 ES Kigoma while APR narrowly snatched a 29-28 win over Nyakabanda handball club.The game is expected to be an avenue for revenge since Police beat APR 34-29 in the first leg and the Law enforcers struck back with a 23-22 win over Police two weeks ago during a liberation day encounter.Police head coach Anaclet Bagirishya said, "It is a do or die match for us because we want to retain the title and we need not to drop even a single point from the remaining fixtures. We also believe our opponents have the same mission but we are out and ready for the match,”APR head coach Jean Marie Vianey Munyangondo said, "We know our opponents very well and we will be out to revenge. We can’t afford to lose twice to Police,”In other matches, 2007 champions Gicumbi are back into action hosting Rubavu Police while Ruhango-based ES Kigoma will be hosting Nyakabanda handball club in Ruhango.
