Editor,This is quite interesting! On the basis of what it says is credible, reliable and detailed information, the Government of Rwanda accuses Monusco – or at least its Force Intervention Brigade component; which is really the same thing as it is part of the same entity – of being in cahoots with the FDLR and providing close support to FDLR-infested FARDC in the war against M23, and Monusco claims it has no evidence of those accusations.Monusco is "the accused”, and is not a disinterested neutral party that can claim to speak as a neutral observer. If it has now fully assumed the mantle of the French military and are in bed with the genocidal heirs of the ex-FAR and Interahamwe, then their days are really numbered.And to top it all, this is happening as Ban Ki-moon and the spokesman of the French UN mission of 1994, with a reputation for outspoken support of the Bagosora government, are now in Paris.Does this Secretary-General lack even the slightest sense of symbolic irony?
