Dear editor,

I get infuriated whenever I encounter people smoking in public places. Is there a law under which any person can sue a person found smoking in any public place?

In case its there then what is the penalty. I feel irritated by smokers owing to the dangers of being exposed to second-hand tobacco smoke.

These smokers are exposing our lives to cancer and other respiratory and cardiovascular diseases that we would otherwise avoid.

It is very unbearable to learn that hundreds of thousands of people who have never smoked die each passing year due to diseases caused by breathing-in second hand tobacco fumes.
