Obviously. Without further ado, we present to you the best news of the week...Justin Bieber has a weak bladder, apologises to a former president and continues to implode. Bieber is, however, nothing if not respectful, and so he later spoke to Former U.S President Bill Clinton personally to offer his apologies. Unfortunately Justin’s angelic behaviour couldn’t last and he got busted for underage drinking. Awkward.
