This is the kind of performance that should help Rwanda, Inc., achieve the 11.3% annual growth rate and, should we be able to sustain it, it will be middle-income status by 2020.

This is the kind of performance that should help Rwanda, Inc., achieve the 11.3% annual growth rate and, should we be able to sustain it, it will be middle-income status by 2020.I am even more hopeful that this is indeed feasible when I see that these stellar efforts are complemented by comparable successes in checking the scourge of corruption and raising adult literacy levels as well as widening and deepening our country’s skills base.
