Local leaders advised on work ethics

RULINDO —  An official of the Rwanda Association of Local Government Authorities (RALGA) has advised local leaders to always uphold the leadership code of conduct, in order to do their work better.

"Leaders should desist from genocide ideology, corruption and other social vices that undermine their integrity,” Claudine Nyinawagaga, of RALGA, said.

She was addressing Northern Province local leaders attending a one-day seminar at Nyirangarama Hotel, in Rulindo District on Tuesday. 

Justus Kangwaje, the district Mayor urged teamwork among participants in order to realise development of the entire Province.

The seminar was attended by area district Mayors, representatives of district Advisory Councils and vice Mayors in charge of Social and Economic Affairs among others.
