National league youthful side La Jeunesse FC have signed striker Julius Bakkabulindi and defender Juma Radju Niyonkuru from rivals Kiyovu SC, both on two-year deals, coach Godfrey Okoko has confirmed.Full-back Niyonkuru and Uganda-born Bakkabulindi were not contracted to Kiyovu following the expiry of their respective deals on July 1 hence becoming free to sign for any club of their choice."Everything has been sorted out with them and they are now our players, and I am happy as coach to have these two. They are both not only good players but have a lot of experience and we hope they will help the team next season,” the Burundian tactician told this paper."We need to continue to field young Rwandan players with an exception of a few good and experienced foreigners, who we think can help La Jeunesse achieve our targets,” he added."I am happy as coach to announce the signing of the two players, and hopefully they will improve and become even better players for La Jeunesse,” he told Times Sport.
