Editor,We need to put in place services that will facilitate sex workers to seek health care. Otherwise getting them out of what they are doing does not mean that commercial sex will end.What we actually need is to have HIV testing and treatment services accessible. We need to recognise that this kind of job is done and it is a reality. Otherwise supporting sex workers to stop it will not help in curbing the HIV.
